Technical Description


WTC-SUP200L Ultrasonic+Pressure Water Level is a dual-channel mutual calibration water level measurement system developed based on a self-developed computational model.

It employs a unique dual-channel design to ensure no measurement blind zones under various operating conditions while enabling accurate measurements in harsh environments, such as uneven fluid density, high debris, or surface floating materials. When the pressure-type level gauge becomes blocked, the ultrasonic level gauge can transmit signals; conversely, when the ultrasonic level gauge encounters blind zones at high liquid levels, the pressure-type level gauge compensates for the transmission.

Additionally, the self-developed dual-channel mutual calibration computational model ensures automatic identification, switching, and exclusion of abnormal data if a single liquid level measurement becomes erratic. It performs real-time mutual calibration of dual liquid levels to guarantee the accuracy of uploaded data. The system features high online availability, extended maintenance intervals, and enhanced security.
