Product Introduction
● The flood control and drought relief command system is a backbone project of China's water conservancy informatization, and automatic soil moisture monitoring instruments are one of the key factors determining the success of the drought relief component.
● As automatic soil water content monitoring devices, they enable long-term, continuous and automatic soil moisture monitoring. They promptly and accurately provide soil moisture changes in the monitored area, offering crucial basic data for drought relief and disaster reduction.
● These instruments consist of two parts: soil moisture telemetry terminals and soil moisture monitoring sensors.

Soil moisture telemetry terminal
● The performance of the DATA-9201 soil moisture telemetry terminal meets the requirements of "Hydrological Automatic Measurement and Reporting System Equipment - Telemetry Terminal" (SL 180-2015).
● Operating modes: Self-reporting, polling response, and compatibility.
● Configurable data collection and self-reporting intervals.
● Communication control: One-station multi-transmission, transmitting data via 4G/GPRS/CDMA networks.
● Storage capacity: 4M, supporting retrieval of current and historical data.
● Supported soil moisture sensors: ≥3 probe-type sensors; ≥1 catheter-type sensor (with no fewer than 3 monitoring points).
● Compatible with other sensor signals: RS485/RS232 digital signals; 0~5V, 4~20mA analog signals; switch signals.
● Data transmission protocol complies with "Specifications for Data Communication Protocol Messages in Soil Moisture Monitoring Construction Projects".

Soil moisture monitoring sensor
● Soil moisture monitoring sensors are divided into probe-type sensors and catheter-type sensors, and users can choose according to their actual needs.
● The main performance indicators of soil moisture monitoring sensors are as follows:
● Protection class: IP68.
● Measuring range: 0~60% (volumetric water content).
● Accuracy: Absolute error ≤2% (volumetric water content).
● Operating environment: -10℃~50℃; Unbroken under -30℃~60℃ ambient temperature and -20℃~55℃ soil temperature for alpine or high-heat areas.
● Power supply: DC 12V.
● Signal output interfaces: Optional 0~2.5V, 4mA~20mA, RS485, RS232, etc.
● Insulation resistance between power input terminal and shell ≥2MΩ.
