System Overview
Integrated Measurement & Control Gate System
● Integrates functions such as remote/automatic gate control, water level and flow monitoring in channels, remote communication, image/video monitoring, and more. It offers multiple gate opening and closing control methods and various flow measurement techniques. The system is used for water control and measurement in main and branch irrigation channels, solving issues such as frequent gate operations and interlocking multiple gates. It aims to improve water resource management and promote water-saving irrigation, optimize water resource allocation, ensure balanced irrigation water distribution, enhance agricultural water resource utilization efficiency, and reduce management costs.

System Functions
● Gate Control:
Remote/manual/local control of gate positions, opening and closing operations.
The user can select the appropriate control method to adjust gate positions and improve the efficiency of water distribution management in irrigation areas.
● Channel Water Level and Flow Monitoring:
The system collects water level data from upstream and downstream of the gate, and measures instantaneous and cumulative flow passing through the gate.
This data is sent remotely to the monitoring center, helping managers understand water distribution and providing data for water scheduling analysis.
● Equipment Operation Monitoring:
Real-time monitoring of gate positions, motor operating voltage and current, operation status, battery voltage, and terminal operational status.
● Video Surveillance:
Channel flow status, gate opening and closing conditions are monitored through video/image systems, with timed image capture and active snapshot features.
● Remote Communication:
Supports multiple communication options such as 4G/5G/NB-IoT/fiber-optic connections.
● Abnormal Alerts:
Automated remote alerts for data limits exceeded, voltage/current anomalies, or equipment failures.
