1.Proposal Overview:
The integrated smart water supply solution involves establishing a smart water platform at the dispatching center, installing intelligent measurement and control devices across various stages of the water supply process, and applying new-generation information technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), the internet, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence (AI). This approach enables the construction of a comprehensive smart water management system that covers the entire water supply process, from the water source to the tap, facilitating end-to-end business management.
The system comprises multiple subsystems, including large-screen BI analysis, smart water production and dispatching management, a pipeline network GIS (Geographic Information System), DMA (District Metered Area) zonal metering and leakage management, secondary water supply monitoring and management, work order management, inspection management, and business billing management. These subsystems assist water utilities in achieving (informatization), (automation), and (smartification) in their water supply operations and management. They optimize production and dispatching, ensure water supply safety, enhance operational and maintenance efficiency, reduce pipeline network leakage, promote energy conservation and consumption reduction, lower the non-revenue water ratio (the difference between the amount of water produced and the amount billed to customers) of water utilities, and ultimately improve enterprise management efficiency and service standards.
2.System advantages:
●Sensing through one network, interconnected and communicating
Concentrate on monitoring the entire water supply process from source to plant, station, network, and endpoint, ensuring data interconnectivity and eliminating information silos.
●Digital twin intelligent scheduling
Digital twin water supply process, scenario-based and visual monitoring of water supply equipment operation data and status, intelligent interlinked control at each stage, smart scheduling, achieving automated water supply operations.
●A single diagram summarizes the auxiliary command.
The large-screen BI cockpit aggregates and analyzes key indicators of the water supply system, displaying critical data for each stage and business segment. It helps leaders quickly understand the overall status and supports decision-making and command.
●Scientific analysis of energy saving and consumption reduction
Analyze energy consumption of water pumps, trends in pressure and flow changes, leakage conditions, and water quality compliance. Generate various management reports to provide a basis for optimizing water resource management.
●Seamless integration of standard science
Standard interface for seamless integration with existing third-party software and hardware products, supporting both manual data entry and Excel data import.
●Professional and reliable, fast customization
Assign professional engineers for on-site project inspections. Based on the water company's water supply processes and management needs, combined with years of practical experience, design customized solutions and software, and select products.
