System Composition

System Functions
High-frequency pressure monitor
The intelligent water hammer monitoring terminal collects pipeline network pressure data 1000 times per second and stores it dynamically.
Automatic network time synchronization
Synchronize the clock of devices at different measurement points every 24 hours during power-on and monitoring to ensure data clock synchronization and a common time source.
Solar powered
The monitoring points are scattered and lack access to grid power. To meet the power requirements for high-frequency data collection and transmission, a solar power supply system is selected, equipped with a 100W solar panel and a 60Ah battery, making full use of clean energy.
4G wireless remote transmission
The terminal transmits the pressure data collected on-site to the management software at the monitoring center via a 4G wireless network.
Water hammer warning alarm
Once an abnormal water hammer signal is detected, the system immediately issues an alarm to notify relevant personnel to record and handle the incident, analyze the causes of water hammer, prevent the occurrence of water hammer phenomena, and reduce pipe burst losses.
Intelligent adjustment of collection interval
● When no water hammer occurs, collect pressure data at regular intervals with an upload interval of 2 hours. ● When a sudden pressure increase occurs, the terminal automatically retrieves data from 5 seconds before the event and collects and records pressure data for 295 seconds afterward, forming a complete 5-minute water hammer record, which is immediately uploaded.
